Rubinacci Napoli: Tarsio table by Park Associati

Rubinacci Napoli, during the last edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, presented the Tarsio table, a project born from the collaboration with the architecture, interiors and Design Park Associati studio, and the Levante bench by the young designer Niccolò Devetag.

Rubinacci Napoli, a company active in the production of wooden complements, under the artistic direction of Paolo Volpato since 2021, has renewed its participation in the most important international design event, taking part in the latest edition of the Salone del Mobile in Milan with the project born from the collaboration with the important architecture, interiors and design studio Park Associati . The meeting between the two realities gave birth to Tarsio, the table is inspired by the concept of thebotanical graft, where two shrubs merge in a perfect balance of mimesis and contrast. This concept is reflected in the choice of wood essences used for the table tops and legs, which alternate in a continuous harmony. But it is not only the choice of wood that makes the Tarsio special: the table tops are made using the ancient inlay technique, typical of the areas between Naples and Sorrento. This craft technique, handed down from generation to generation, gives the tables an exceptional uniqueness that only the art of cabinet-making can create.

The collection Tarsio has been crafted with great skill by cabinetmakers from Campania, who have succeeded in making each piece unique. The tables fit perfectly into any environment, thanks to their essential and contemporary shape . The collaboration between Rubinacci Napoli and emerging young designers also continues , a project promoted by artistic director Paolo Volpato. On the occasion of the new edition of the Salone del Mobile, the collection Levante designed by the young and talented Niccolò Devetag.

Levante, made of charcoal black stained ash wood and conceived for indoor use, stands out for the high quality of its materials and craftsmanship. The series consists of two benches of different heights and sizes, a stool and a series of furnishing accessories, a cushion and a tray, which complete the proposal. The project is characterised by the purity and essentiality of its design , and the name takes on a strong symbolic connotation, evoking the Oriental tradition and, at the same time, suggesting the concepts of lightness, like the wind, and brightness, like the sun rising in the east. The assembly and interlocking of all the wooden parts are an expression of the Rubinacci Napoli philosophy aimed at enhancing the beauty and handcrafted quality of the furniture.

With these new projects the company continues its collaboration with important Italian and international designers. The new collections represent its commitment to producing quality furniture and accessories, handmade with passion and craftsmanship within an international scenario. marianorubinacci.com
