Just two months after listing his Colorado mansion estate for $39.5 million, famous actor Tom Cruise, has sold the 320-acre spread for its initial full asked priced.
The property snoops at the Wall Street Journal first reported news of the sale back in the beginning of the month. Listing agent Dan Dockray, of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, informed the paper that the Colorado property entered contract within its first week on the market.
The kitchen includes a large island with beautiful paneling. The March debut of the listing marked the home’s first time publicly available for sale. In 2014, Cruise hired a broker to market the property in a private manner for a much higher price amounting to $59 million.
Apparently, the movie star, spent several years designing the home, made with stone and cedar touches, which finished up in 1994. The 10,000-square-foot home includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is built in the mountains for privacy. It’s also accessed via a 1-mile driveway and stands behind a gate.
The main house measures nearly 10,000 square feet — and comes equipped with a chef’s kitchen, wood-beamed ceilings and oversize windows that look out to the mountains. Other amazing features include several fireplaces, a gym, a three-car garage and outdoor lounge areas. The lower floor also has a three-bedroom guest area.
